Terms
These terms cover the use of vercut and of the paid plans. Creating an account means accepting them.
What vercut is
A tool to reframe horizontal video to vertical 9:16 and export it as MP4. Processing happens in your browser; vercut is not a video hosting service.
Your account
Registration data must be real and the account is personal. You are responsible for keeping the password safe and for activity under your account.
Plans
Free: one export per week at 1080×1920, watermark included. It resets each calendar week.
Pro and Team: unlimited exports with no watermark. Team includes a minimum of three seats and a single charge for the whole team.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are charged in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period and then return to the free plan.
You can cancel or update your card from the customer portal (Account → Manage subscription) without writing to us.
Refunds
Yearly plan: full refund if you ask within 14 calendar days of the charge, no questions asked.
Monthly plan: the current period is not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again.
If a charge was duplicated, wrong, or you could not use the service because of a failure on our side, we refund it in full regardless of the deadline.

Invoicing (CFDI)
vercut does not currently issue Mexican tax invoices (CFDI). If you need an invoice to deduct the expense, write to us before subscribing and we will tell you plainly whether we can issue one at that time.
Acceptable use
You may not use vercut for illegal content or to infringe third-party rights, resell the service, or automate account creation to bypass the quota.
Your content
The video remains yours. We claim no licence over it, because it never reaches our servers.
Service limits
Export depends on browser capabilities. Some codecs or corrupted files may fail to encode; the app reports that before starting. The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that every file can be processed.
Availability
The free plan carries no availability commitment. We aim to announce maintenance windows that affect your account or payments.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, vercut’s total liability is limited to what you paid in the previous twelve months.
